What kind of gear do you sell?
We specialize in streetwear essentials and protective gear for skaters and riders. Our products fall into four main categories: Bottoms (pants, shorts), Helmets (all styles), Pads (knee, elbow, wrist), and Tops (shirts, jackets).
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has detailed size charts – measure yourself and compare. Pro tip: Our gear runs true to streetwear sizing (slightly loose fit). When in doubt between sizes, size up for comfort or down for a snugger fit.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia). At checkout, just enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
How fast is your shipping?
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
Orders process in 1-2 business days. Want it faster? Order before 2PM EST Mon-Fri for same-day dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We email tracking numbers immediately after dispatch. Standard Shipping gets real-time tracking; Free Shipping tracking updates at major transit points.

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS

What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Pro tip: PayPal orders get priority processing in our warehouse!
Is my payment information secure?
100%. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full payment details on our servers.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
15-day returns from delivery date. Items must be unworn/unused with tags attached. Email [email protected] with your order number to start the process.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
Our Protection Promise covers this – we’ll send replacements immediately (no need to return damaged items). Just email us photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Heads up: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on helmets or pads that have been worn. Safety first!

📦 ORDER ISSUES

I haven’t received my order confirmation email
First check your spam folder. Still nothing? Wait 1 hour then email us at [email protected] with your full name and order amount – we’ll resend it.
I need to change/cancel my order
Email us immediately at [email protected] with “URGENT: Order Change” in the subject. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make adjustments.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Will I have to pay customs fees?
We handle all customs documentation, but some countries may charge import taxes. Check your local regulations – these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Why are some regions excluded from shipping?
Due to unreliable postal infrastructure or complex customs processes in certain areas, we can’t guarantee delivery quality there. We’re working to expand our reach!
