Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Helmets (once removed from original packaging)
- Pads that show signs of use or have been removed from packaging
These items may only be returned if defective and in original, unopened packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement ASAP or issue a full refund – your choice!
