International Shipping
We ship worldwide (except certain Asian and remote regions). All prices are in USD, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Our Return Policy
We stand behind our gear, but if something’s not working for you, here’s how we make it right:
Return Basics
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase needed
Non-Returnable Items
For your safety, we can’t accept returns on:
- Helmets once removed from original packaging
- Pads showing signs of use or removed from packaging
These items may only be returned if defective and in original, unopened packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the RAN clearly visible

- We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
